Blog 2: Supreme Court vs Judicial Powers

What are the judicial powers of the US Supreme Court and where does this power come from (specific documents)? (reference Reading)

The origin of the powers of the Supreme Court comes from Article 3, section 1, of the Constitution. There, it states that "[t]he judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish."

Blog 1: Hello World!

Hello everyone. My name is Masakazu Mike Bando and this is my first blog here. I am a senior at Hillsdale High School and currently the age of 18. My hobbies are to regenerate old nostalgic games using Java and C++, and laying down outside on a nice sunny day watching the clouds flow while listening to R&B. I am of Japanese descent coming to America at age 6, thus please bear with me if my English is terrible. I do not have any prior blogging experience so any assistance or recommendations will be highly appreciated. The reason why I am initiating this blogging experience is to transition from the standard notebook writing to one that is more digital and convenient (hopefully). One pro about using a blog instead of writing is the handwriting. Many of you may already be familiar with my writing, but for those of you who are not, I tend to have one of the worst handwriting known to mankind. With blogging this will no longer be an issue and all my inputs and work will be completely legible. Another advantage of this blogging technology is that all saved work is easily accessible. Besides bad handwriting, I also tend to have a bad habit of keeping all papers jammed in my backpack and thus it usually takes anywhere from one to forty minuets just to find one specific paper (If found at all). Now with blogging all I must do is log in and my work will be right there. As for questions, I do not have a particular question regarding the process of signing up nor the expectations. Thank you for reading and stay tuned for blog 2!
